This website contains general information and it is only a service presentation website that aims to make it easier for certain businesses/companies/organisations to request an offer for the services presented on the website. This is Version November 2023

This website might collects certain data automatically. The cookies policy of the website is based on your consent, which is requested when you access the website. Similarly, contact and identity data about you and the entity you represent reach us based on your consent. Please note that we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in doing so. We will retain this data for a maximum period of 1 year after your last interaction our website or until your request for deletion, to the extent that the right of deletion applies.

You can contact us via form provided on the website or via the contacts provided on the website (email or telephone). We will process your contact details and any other information you choose to submit to us solely in order to send you an offer for the consultancy services presented on the website. Please mind that when you send any information or data, we assume that you have full rights of representation to contact us and your consent to provide us the information is fully valid. 

This is a „business to business” dedicated website and, therefore, please make sure you have the legal capacity to contact us. Since the purpose of the website is only to present Services, once you are contacted by the Service providers, the Service providers will be the controller and processor of the provided data subject information.

Our aim is to respond to you as quickly as possible and not to delay more than one month from the date you sent us your request for a service offer. However, please note that there might occur special situations that may cause the response to reach you in a longer period of time. You can call us anytime from Monday to Friday between 9.00-17.00 CET to check the status of your service offer request.

If your request exceeds the scope of services presented on the website, we have the right not to respond to your request. 

The request for consultancy, training, coaching, advice, legal assistance and representation before the courts or other competent public authorities shall cease to have effect if the entity you represent when you contacted us through this website has concluded a legal services contract in accordance with the Romanian law on the activity of lawyers or if a consultancy, training or coaching services contract or any other form of services contract has been concluded with us. More, your request will no longer be effective if the offer of services has not been accepted or if your request for services has proved to exceed the services presented on the website. 

3. About information discosure

We will not disclose your personal data except as strictly necessary for the legitimate interest of your usage of this website. In addition to the  service providers whom you are considering entering into a consultancy contract for the services displayed on the website and to whom you provide your information through this website in order to receive an offer of services,  we may need to disclose your information to the following categories of third parties: companies that provide us with services relevant to the maintenance and development of the Site and its tools, potentially other entities, where we or they have a legitimate interest that prevails or where there is a legal requirement that disclosure must occur, other entities involved in our services, such as communications mail agents, couriers, carrier companies, etc., providers of information technology systems and support, including email archiving, back-up and disaster recovery and cyber security services, other parties, such as public authorities and institutions, accountants, auditors, lawyers and other external professional advisors, where their work requires us to know them or where we are required by law to disclose them.

We will try to deal with your request within one month, which may be extended for specific reasons as required by law. If there are legal provisions restricting it, we are obliged to respect them.
